| Though there used to be a stereotyped concept that conventional dog mission is for the dedicated use of racing parts, but the dog mission of our company solved the difficulty in engagement and noise issue that had become problems in the conventional dog mission by adopting the structure shown below. By applying difference in height for dog cluth projecting teeth, both of ease of engagement and strength are made compatible without increasing backlash. By having ease of engagement , quietness and durability concurrently, the mounting to mass production vehicles assuming general public road driving becomes possible. By abolishing the synchronization structure, significant cost down and saving become possible. By adoption of multiple-staging, further improvement of fuel consumption and drivability and lowering of noise become possible. Combining with the paddle shift of our company relieves the complication of shift due to multiple staging. All processes from designing, development, manufacturing and testing are conducted in an integrated manner within the company. |
